You order, get you food and take it to a table or booth.Assist with the creation, management, and optimization of our website (WordPress) Finally there is absolutely nothing fancy about Fireside and there is no waitress service. Oh, and I checked the price list for their cold cuts and they are still very high so I'll be going to my regular market for that. I have no opinion as to the other offerings but if they are as good as the ribs there probably good enough to try. I returned last night for another rack and I'm happy I did. He didn't respond so I continued by telling him he made a safe bet that we would enjoy his ribs because they are very good.He thanks me for my call. He took my call and I identified myself and reminded him of his parting comment.

I called fireside and asked to speak to John. I took them home where my wife and I ate most of the rack. I thanked him and his parting words were" If you don't like those ribs I'll give you another rack on me. Anyway I finally asked him to select a rack not to well done and he wrapped them to go. He them showed me each rack and said do you want them crispy or not.
Fireside plainview full#
He asked me what I wanted and I said a full rack. I said "My son told me you have great ribs so I'm here to give them a try." He said my son has good taste and showed me about 5 racks of ribs he had ready to go. I approached the counter where they have many selections for eat in or take away and was greeted by John. Ok, so I figured what can I lose, my son also enjoys Smoky Joe's and if he thinks Fireside is good why not, right? So last weekend I decided to make a visit and was impressed with how they changed their offerings since my last visit which was about 20 years ago. I found their prices very high especially their cold cuts so until now there was no need for me to visit. I should mention Fireside has been around forever but I just never dine there. My son enjoyes ribs as I do and he told me about the ribs at Fireside. fix in Aruba had to last me for 11 months but not any more.

We have a time share in Aruba and spend 1 month there every year so we get to visit Smokey Joes Ribs at least 3 times while there. I truly enjoy good pork ribs but unfortunately it's been slim pickins lately.
